Our patient coordinators are ready for your call. They assist new patients with scheduling initial appointments, and help existing patients manage their care. There are several ways to contact us:

  • New patient registration: (866) 489-4056. Call this number first to register.
  • Cardiovascular Medicine main number: (857) 307-4000. Call this number after you have registered, or are a current patient making an appointment.
  • You may also request an appointment online by filling out our request form.
  • If you are a returning patient, use your Patient Gateway account to schedule a follow-up appointment. New patients are encouraged to enroll.

Cardiovascular Medicine Locations

Cardiovascular Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) includes board certified cardiologists and a supportive clinical and administrative staff who work as a cohesive team to provide the best possible care for each patient.

As part of the Heart & Vascular Center, our cardiologists work alongside a team of cardiovascular experts within the Shapiro Cardiovascular Center located across the street from the main entrance of Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Outpatient visits are held at the Watkins Cardiovascular Clinic in the Shapiro Cardiovascular Center. Integrating all cardiovascular services in one state-of-the-art location allows patients to schedule multiple appointments on the same day.

All inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular services are available at BWH’s Shapiro Cardiovascular Center in Boston, and outpatient cardiovascular services are available at four other convenient BWH locations: Gretchen S. and Edward A. Fish Center for Women's Health in Chestnut Hill, Brigham Health and Brigham and Women’s/Mass General Health Care Centers in Foxborough, Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital and Brookside Community Health Center in Jamaica Plain and Brigham and Women's Health Care Center in Westwood. Brigham and Women’s Hospital also has affiliations with Kent Hospital in Warwick, Rhode Island; Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine; and Harbor Medical Associates, where patients can be seen by BWH providers.
