Faulkner Community Physicians (FCP) at Hyde Park has been partnering with the community for over 20 years. We are dedicated to providing preventive and urgent care services and working together with our patients to collaborate on disease prevention and health care planning. We are currently accepting new patients. On-site laboratory services are available along with a patient portal Patient Gateway, which can be used to make appointments, request referrals, view lab results and interact with staff regarding non-urgent matters. We also have appointment availability with our social worker.

Same day urgent care visits are available.
Off hours: Please call the main number at (617) 364-9880 to be connected with the answering service. The answering service is able to page the on-call physician.
