Brigham and Women’s Primary Care Associates, Longwood serves adult patients aged 18 and over. A full range of primary health care services are offered at this practice – including routine examinations and screenings to more complex diagnostic evaluations. Our clinicians are on the medical staff of Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH), and our patients have easy access to the specialists and resources of BWH as needed.

Our practice aims to create a patient-centered, multidisciplinary, team-based approach to delivering high-quality, coordinated care for our patients. Patients in our practice have a physician or a nurse practitioner as their primary care provider. These providers work on a clinical team that includes a pharmacist, clinical social worker, nutritionist, licensed practice nurse, and medical assistants. Our team-based care model emphasizes preventive care, overall wellness, and patient involvement.

  • Monday through Wednesday, 8 am–5 pm
  • Thursday, 8 am–1 pm and 2:30–7 pm
  • Friday, 8 am–5 pm
  • Saturday - We can see patients at the South Huntington practice from 9 am to 1 pm.
