  • Patient Gateway is a convenient and secure way to manage your health and communicate with your doctor's office online. With Patient Gateway, you can communicate with your primary care provider and request prescription renewals, appointments, and insurance referral authorizations for specialist appointments. You also can access your laboratory results, immunization record, and medication list. If you don’t have a Patient Gateway account, please enroll today.

Emergency and After-Hours Calls

For urgent medical problems after regular business hours, a physician may be reached by calling the Brigham and Women’s Hospital page operator at (617) 732-5500. Calls are answered 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The on-call clinician will be paged and will return your call as quickly as possible.

If the situation is life threatening, dial 911 for assistance or go directly to the nearest Emergency Department.

After hours and weekend calls should be restricted to URGENT issues only. Any calls regarding non-urgent issues will be referred to the office during regular business hours.
