- We are closed on Wednesdays between 1:00-2:45pm

Lab Hours:
The lab is open when the clinic is open and closes 15 minutes before the end of the day
After Hours:
On weekday nights, weekend nights and holidays we have a doctor on call. Call our main number and press "0" to be directed to the BWH operator who will then page the physician.

Patient Gateway
Patient Gateway is a secure website that allows you to request or change appointments, request prescription refills, see lab and radiology results and communicate with your healthcare team. Patient Gateway also allows you to do E-visits which are quick questionnaires that can potentially help the provider treat you over gateway for things that might not require an in person visit. You can find educational information and resources as well as a care plan for self management after each visit. More information is available in Patient Gateway or at 800-745-9683. Your doctor will only see messages during normal business hours. Please do not use Patient Gateway for urgent care or emergencies. Your Patient Gateway message will be returned within two business days. Patient Gateway is not answered on weekends.
