Anticoagulation Management Service

Brigham and Women’s Hospital physicians manage anticoagulation services at Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center. They care for patients who require anticoagulation medications for blood clots or patients who have certain cancers and who have DVT or PE. Our clinicians provide care for all anticoagulants including injectable agents, warfarin and direct oral anticoagulants.
