After graduating from Pulmonary Rehabilitation, patients who are eligible may come back to the facility and exercise on an independent basis at no cost for a three-month period of time. Staff is available to answer questions but do not monitor patients during transition program hours. Hours are separate from class time and are as follows:
- Monday and Wednesday: 12—12:50 pm
- Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30—8:20 am
