Sleep Medicine Fellowship

The division has a 1 year Sleep Medicine fellowship program. It provides comprehensive clinical training in all aspects of Sleep Medicine and is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. It consists of clinical and didactic educational experiences, under the supervision of division faculty, all of whom hold academic appointments at Harvard Medical School.

Fellows are exposed to the entire breadth of clinical Sleep Medicine and not only learn to diagnose and treat patients with sleep disorders, but also to order and interpret the results of diagnostic sleep testing. A 2nd year is available devoted primarily to research training although there is some ongoing clinical experience. The director of the program is Lawrence Epstein, MD For further inquiries, send email to sleep_training@hms.harvard.edu.
