Our health and safety of our patients, families and staff is our top priority. We are taking a comprehensive approach to prevent the spread of infectious disease. The Hospital and the Department of Neurology has implemented new measures to provide the safest possible environment.
The Division of General Neurology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) is a multidisciplinary alliance of specialists that provide highly-personalized care for all patients with general neurologic disorders.
The Division of General Neurology's highly skilled neurologists provide consultative, evaluation, and management services for patients with general neurologic disorders. While healthcare is moving in the direction of increasingly specialized care, it is important to maintain a General Neurology program that can help to provide a comprehensive neurologic evaluation to best understand the basis and nature of neurologic disease. Our Division offers timely appointment access and screening for undiagnosed neurological complications including symptoms of pain, numbness, tingling, memory complications, dizziness, and others challenges patients face that impact their quality of life.
Led by David M. Pilgrim, MD, the Division of General Neurology strives to deliver high quality outpatient neurologic consultation and follow up care for patients.
