Neuromuscular Diseases and EMG

The Division of Neuromuscular Diseases and Electromyography (EMG) provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, consultation and management of all neuromuscular disorders, including motor neuron diseases such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), peripheral neuropathies, muscle diseases such as myositis and muscular dystrophy, and myasthenia gravis. The Division offers a complete range of diagnostic tests and treatments for neuromuscular diseases including EMG tests (electromyography), nerve conduction studies, muscle and nerve biopsies and neuromuscular ultrasound.
