New Patients: If you are a new patient and wish to make an appointment with a physician at the Neurosciences Center, please call 1-800-294-9999, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Our patient coordinators are ready for your call. They will assist new patients with setting up initial appointments, and will help existing patients manage their care. Patients also have the option to request an appointment online. Our new patient coordinators will respond to you within one business day.
Returning Patients: Returning patients should contact their provider’s office directly to schedule an appointment or feel free to contact the call center for their respective departments.
