Obstetrics and Gynecology Education and Training

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) offers many education and training opportunities in collaboration with Harvard Medical School, including a third-year clerkship for medical students, a residency program and fellowship programs in family planning, gynecologic oncology, maternal-fetal medicine, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and reproductive endocrinology and global ob/gyn.

Continuing medical education is offered through the Annual Update in Obstetrics and Gynecology (offered each March), and other courses offered throughout the year. In addition, weekly OB/GYN Grand Rounds lectures are held at 7:30 am in the Duncan Reid Conference Room (ASB1-2) most Wednesdays during the academic year.

Lectureships, open to the public, are held at 6 pm in the Bornstein Amphitheatre, with a reception immediately afterward.
