After 6 months of trying to get pregnant, Alex and Tim Lieto decided to consult a local fertility clinic. Alex and Tim were told that male-factor infertility was at play. The program’s health care providers were pessimistic about the possibility of success, so the Lietos sought a second opinion at the Center for Infertility and Reproductive Surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Reproductive surgeons at the Center for Infertility and Reproductive Surgery performed robotic surgery to successfully remove a large uterine fibroid which was preventing Sophia Watson and her husband David from starting a family.

Twenty-two year old cancer patient Arieana Carcieri worked with fertility specialists at Brigham and Women’s Hospital to freeze her eggs before undergoing treatment of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Lissy and Evan Rau share a love of children and immediately set out to build a family of their own. After a year, the couple reached out to Brigham and Women's Hospital for fertility care and met with Mark Hornstein, MD, director of Reproductive Endocrinology, who guided them on their fertility journey.
