There are a variety of payment options available for analyses performed in the Center for Advanced Molecular Diagnostics, Cytogenetics Laboratory.
Patients under the care of physicians located at Brigham and Women's Hospital and its off-campus clinics can be billed via their medical insurance company (ie. Medicare, BCBS, Tufts, etc.) A Patient Registration & Billing Information Form must accompany each sample.
Patients under the care of physicians with other hospitals and/or clinics in the United States may be billed via the institution. An Institutional Patient Registration & Billing Information Form must accompany each sample.
Patients under the care of physicians in foreign institutions may send payments via Wire Transfer or a Bank Check. In order to process your account properly, please include the Patient's full name, and Medical Record Number with your payment.
