The Executive Health and Physical Program at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, internationally recognized for innovation in patient care, brings together a team of internists and specialists to identify problems, reduce the risk of future issues, and promote wellness in a comprehensive one-day examination.
Our approach to a health physical is thorough and efficient in its use of diagnostic tests. We will not simply present you with a menu of testing options. Instead, a physician will call you prior to your visit. After reviewing your medical history and using the information garnered during this phone consultation, our team will develop an exam that incorporates findings form the latest medical research and is personalized for you. This is patient-focused, evidence-based medicine at its best.
Executive Health Core Exam
Every physical is different because it’s designed specifically for you. These are the components of the core exam:
Pre-visit phone or video consultation with an Executive Health physician
Health history review and complete physical examination
Comprehensive Chemistry and Hematology lab panels, including lipid profile
Resting electrocardiogram (ECG)
Full report and follow-up consultation (in person, by phone, or via video conferencing, depending on preference)
