1. Is there shuttle service from the Healthcare Center to Brigham and Women’s in Boston?

Mass General Brigham Healthcare Center (Pembroke) does not offer shuttle service to the main Brigham and Women's Hospital campuses in Boston. Patients 60 years of age or older, patients with disabilities, and Mass Health patients are encouraged to contact their local senior center or Primary Care Physician for assistance with transportation options.

2. Are emergency services or urgent care services available at the Center?

At this time, emergency services are not offered at Mass General Brigham Healthcare Center (Pembroke). For emergency care, please call 911.

3. What number should patients call regarding billing inquiries?

Representatives from our billing office are available Monday – Friday 9 AM to 4:30 PM ET to answer any questions by phone. Please call our virtual resource via phone at 617-726-3884 for all billing questions and concerns.

4. Are there parking restrictions? Is parking close by?

There is ample free patient parking available at the building.

5. What number should new patients call to make an appointment?

Please call 844-RTE-3PEM (844-783-3736) to register as a new patient and make an appointment with any of our physicians. If you are an existing patient, please call 1-781-826-8065.

6. What are the Center’s hours of operation?

Healthcare Center Hours

  • Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-7:00pm
  • Friday: 7:30am-5:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am-12:00pm (primary care only)

Radiology

Due to COVID-19, no walk-in X-Ray services available at this time.

  • Radiology weekend hours coming soon

Ultrasound

  • Monday-Friday: 8:30am-4:00pm

Phlebotomy

Brigham and Women's Fast Care

  • Monday-Friday: 8:00am-7:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am-3:30pm
  • Sunday: 9:00am-1:00pm
7. Does the Center offer financial counseling services?

Access to financial counseling services are available on site or by phone at 617-732-5411.

8. Do I need to be a patient at BWH in order to get lab or imaging services done at the Center?

No. The Center's lab and radiology services are available to all patients regardless of their provider. However, you must obtain a Brigham and Women’s medical record number before receiving your labs or radiology services done. This simple registration process can be completed in a few minutes when you arrive on site, or by calling us before your appointment at 1-866-489-4056, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Ultrasound

Please note: Lab and X-Ray services are available to patients of all ages. All other radiology services are currently only available to patients 15 years or older.

9. How do I authorize the release of my medical records?

You may authorize the release of your medical records to us by completing and sending this Medical Records Release form.
