In October 2018, we held our inaugural resident retreat. The retreat was attended by all residents not on vacation or personal leave, as well as the educational leadership team, and was organized by the Resident Wellness Committee. The day included fun team-building activities such as “Telephone Pictionary” and a scavenger hunt, as well as focused class-reflections, and “Design Thinking” breakout sessions.
