Our General and Gastrointestinal Surgery Team

Surgeons in the Division of General and Gastrointestinal Surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital are recognized experts in their field, performing thousands of specialized surgeries and procedures each year. They work closely with surgical and medical specialists throughout the Brigham to provide coordinated treatment for each patient. The Division of General and Gastrointestinal Surgery also includes a core group of physician assistants and nurses, along with dedicated patient coordinators.

Our surgeons serve on the faculty at Harvard Medical School and are advancing patient care through ongoing research. They train the next generation of surgical leaders through our surgical residency and fellowship programs and are part of the surgical team at the Gastrointestinal Cancer Center at Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center. Our board-certified surgeons are highly skilled in the most effective and progressive general and gastrointestinal surgeries.
