Our Thoracic Surgery Team

Truly experts in their field, the thoracic surgeons at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) perform thousands of surgeries and procedures each year. The thoracic team also includes a core group of physician assistants (PAs) and nurses who are invaluable to the patient care team.

Led by Raphael Bueno, MD, our thoracic surgeons are faculty members of Harvard Medical School and are actively engaged in scientific research to improve the care of patients.

Physician Assistants
