The Pancreas Transplant Program team at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) collaborates closely with referring physicians to help them access kidney transplant services for their patients. Our dedicated team of surgeons, nephrologists, and transplant staff are committed to keeping referring providers informed about their patient’s progress throughout the transplant continuum. We aim to provide regular and frequent updates on patient status and to develop a close relationship with referring providers.
