Partners HealthCare On Demand offers convenient, high-quality urgent care services for minor illnesses and injuries that are available anytime and anywhere in the United States. Patients (adults and children age 2 and older) can connect to Partners HealthCare providers through a secure, interactive video visit on their tablet, smart phone, or computer.

At this time, Partners HealthCare On Demand is only available to AllWays Health Partners members. Partners On Demand is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Employees who are interested in learning more about coverage for this service can access their AllWays Health Partners portal. Employees who have previously registered for this service can access the Partners HealthCare On Demand portal.

What types of conditions can be treated with Partners On Demand?

Partners HealthCare On Demand offers members an interactive video alternative for urgent medical advice. Telemedicine visits are used to diagnose, treat and prescribe short term medications for common health issues such as sinus problems, bronchitis, cold and flu symptoms or ear infection.

Partners HealthCare On Demand is not for medical emergencies. For medical emergencies, call 911.

Who can use Partners Virtual Urgent Care?

Partners Employees and covered family members with AllWays Health Partners have access to Partners Urgent Care. This service is available to adults and children over the age of two. Any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I use Partners on Demand from?

Members can use Partners On Demand from anywhere within the US. This service is not available outside of the US.

How much does this service cost?

The Partners HealthCare On Demand site will show the member’s cost sharing amount for the visit at the time of the visit request. At the time of the visit, the application with will directly take the member’s cost sharing payment via credit card.

Will I see a Partners provider when using Partners On Demand?

The Partners HealthCare On Demand service connects patients with qualified providers of the appropriate licensure from Partners HealthCare or Teladoc Physicians.

Provider Assignment is dependent upon the member’s location (state) at the time of the visit. Members utilizing the service while within the state of MA will receive care from a Partners HealthCare provider. Members utilizing the service while located outside of Massachusetts will receive care from a Teladoc Physicians doctor.

The provider on call at the time of the visit is shown on the site upon logging in.

How do I connect with an urgent care provider?

Access the Partners On Demand portal. Registration must be completed before the first visit. Additionally, employees can access information about this service through the AllWays Health Partners portal.
