Brigham and Women’s Hospital produces “Community Connects” videos to convey important messages to our patients and caregivers on topics such as patient identification, hand hygiene, clear medical orders, and more.
These videos have been developed as part of the Safety Matters campaign launched by Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
