The Center provides myriad resources in recognition of the importance of mentoring in the career development of all faculty and fellows. Resources and support are available to both mentors and mentees to assist in the development of beneficial mentorship relationships.
Seminars are held periodically and an annual CHADD conference on mentoring is organized in collaboration with the other Harvard-affiliated hospitals.
