The Office for Women's Careers(OWC) is dedicated to professional development and advancement of women faculty at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH). OWC, directed by Carol C Nadelson, MD, is a valuable career resource for women faculty at BWH.
Following the establishment of the Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (CFDD) the OWC evolved as one of three member offices within the Center, in addition to the Office for Multicultural Faculty Careers (OMC) and the Office for Postdoctoral and Research Careers (OPRC). The Center for Faculty Development and Diversity provides a comprehensive and coordinated approach to the recruitment, career advancement and professional development of all faculty and fellows at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
