Objectives


The ASIST 2010 study seeks to:

  1. Reduce the number of women at risk of cardiovascular disease and to measure the utilization of breast and cervical cancer and cardiovascular screening when uninsured women gain access to widely available health insurance and;
  2. Investigate the effectiveness of a program to reduce heart disease in women called Healthy Heart.
