When you call The Fish Center for Women's Health, you will hear a greeting that gives you a list of options. Please be prepared to give your Social Security number or BWH medical record number, which is located on your hospital blue card. You may choose an option at any point during the message:
Option 1: General information, fax number, office hours, and directions
Option 2: Request prescription refills
Option 3: Request Insurance Referral or update registration/insurance information
Option 4: Billing questions or financial assistance
Option 5: To speak with a nurse regarding medical questions/concerns
Option 6: To speak with a Practice Representative about scheduling an appointment, or leave a message for your doctor
By Internet (Patient Gateway)
BWH has a secure patient portal called Patient Gateway that can be used to contact the Fish Center to:
- Request prescription refills
- Request referrals to specialists
- Schedule non-urgent appointments
- Access health information
- View your medication and allergy list
