The Osher Center for Integrative Medicine with Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant II Position - Full-time/40 Hrs. per Week. This position is responsible for assisting in the overall administration and operations of the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine. The Administrative Assistant II will support the Program Manager, who is responsible for financial administration, human resources administration, and implementing academic programs and research events. This position will have primary responsibility for the coordination of the Osher Center Director's and Research Director's schedule and activities. Additionally, this person will take on ad-hoc tasks and assignments related to the Osher Center mission, and support of the directors, as required.
