Women's Support Network: Living with Heart Disease

Are you feeling overwhelmed, depressed or anxious about your future? Do you feel alone in your battle against heart disease? If you answered yes, please join us!
Research has shown that having a strong support network can greatly improve women’s health and quality of life. The BWH Cardiovascular Wellness Service has developed a free support network, specifically for women living with heart disease.
What:
Support sessions incorporate informative talks and open, facilitated discussions where women can share their stories and get to know others in the network. Sessions will be led by health professionals, including BWH nurse practitioner, Aileen Sauris, APRN-BC, who has over 15 years of experience treating patients with heart disease.
