The Outpatient Ambulatory Clinic is located at 45 Francis Street in the Brigham Medical Specialties Suite, ASBII 2nd Floor. Click here for directions and parking information to Brigham and Women's Hospital.

Brigham renal specialists also see patients at Brigham and Women's/Mass General Health Care Center at Foxborough (Patriot Place), Faulkner Hospital, and Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital. Appointments for these locations may also be made by calling (617) 732-6383.

Referral Information

If you would like to find more information about the hospital or schedule an appointment with a BWH physician, please call the Patient Referral Service at (800) 294-9999. This number is staffed 8:00AM-5:30PM, Monday through Friday. Patient referral representatives can help patients choose an appropriate physician, and then schedule an initial appointment. For your convenience, bilingual patient referral representatives are on staff.
