
The Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) Division of Rheumatology, Immunology and Allergy, consistently ranked as one of the top ten rheumatology programs in the country by U.S. News and World Report®, is internationally renowned for excellence in clinical care, clinical investigation and basic research. Inflammatory and immune disorders can affect many systems in the body, so our clinicians collaborate closely with specialists throughout Brigham and Women’s Hospital to provide each patient with comprehensive, multidisciplinary care. Our Rheumatology Services
The Division provides unique, innovative and comprehensive diagnosis, treatment and management for arthritis and a wide spectrum of other rheumatic diseases, including specialized treatment for interstitial lung disease and other conditions frequently misunderstood by physicians. Our Allergy and Immunology Services
Our Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) Allergy and Immunology team provides expert diagnosis, evaluation and treatment for adult, adolescent and pediatric patients with allergy and immune diseases. All our specialists are all certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology, and many are sub-specialists in internal medicine, pediatrics, pulmonary diseases and/ or dermatology. Understanding that allergies and immune disorders can affect many systems in the body, our clinicians also partner with specialists throughout Brigham and Women’s Hospital to provide each patient with appropriate, comprehensive care. The Division’s research group, part of the Musculoskeletal Research Center at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Biomedical Research Institute, has the largest research funding base and investigative team of any rheumatology and allergy program in the country.
