The BWH Plastic Surgery Clinic at Faulkner Hospital is located on the Second Floor, Suite 21. If you enter through the main entrance (Floor 1), take the elevators located on your right after the reception desk, or the stairs to your left to Floor 2. If you enter through the rear entrance (Floor 3), walk past the reception desk and cafeteria to the front elevators, and take them to Floor 2. There is garage parking at both entrances and valet parking at the rear entrance.

By Car

From Downtown Boston

Storrow Drive West to Kenmore Square/Fenway Route 1 South exit. Bear left. Follow signs for Fenway 1 South. Bear right onto Boylston Street, following signs for Boylston Street Outbound/Riverway 1. Continue on Boylston for 0.4 miles at which point it turns into Brookline Avenue. Stay on Brookline Avenue for 1/2 mile. Take left onto the Riverway/Jamaicaway.

Follow Riverway/Jamaicaway for 2.2 miles through first rotary (Jamaica Pond on right) to second rotary following signs for South Dedham/Providence. At second rotary bear right onto Centre Street (do not take sharp right), still following signs for South Dedham/Providence. Faulkner Hospital is located 0.7 miles on right at 1153 Centre Street. Take a right after the hospital onto Allandale Road, and a right onto hospital grounds.

From North

Take Route 93 South or Route 1 South to Storrow Drive West. Follow directions above for travel from Downtown Boston.

From Framingham/Natick

Take Route 9 East to exit marked West Roxbury/Hyde Park, across from Chestnut Hill Mall. Bear right onto Hammond Pond Parkway. Follow for 0.9 miles to rotary. Take third street at rotary (Newton Street). Follow for 0.4 miles to STOP sign. Bear left, still on Newton Street, and follow for 0.4 miles to gas station. Take right around station. Take first left onto Allandale Road. Faulkner Hospital is 1.1 miles on left.

From Central and Western Massachusetts

Drive East on Mass Turnpike to Route 128 South. Follow 128 to Route 9 East. Follow directions from Framingham/Natick.

From South

Take Route 128 North to exit 15 A/Route 1 North. Follow through Dedham for 3.2 miles. At this point Route 1 is also known as VFW Parkway. Follow 2.8 miles to rotary. Go halfway around rotary (second right), staying on VFW Parkway. Go 0.6 miles to traffic light. Take left at light onto Centre Street. At second light, 0.3 miles, turn left onto Allandale Road. Turn right onto hospital grounds.

Rates (Self-Park and Valet are the same price)

Valet

For your convenience, the Faulkner Hospital provides valet services Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (excluding holidays) at the 3rd floor main entrance through VPNE Parking Solutions.

There is no additional charge for valet service, customers only pay the daily rate (posted above).

Patient/Visitor Self-Parking

Patient/Visitor Self-Parking is available on the 1st and 3rd floor open lots. Additional parking is located in 1st and 3rd floor garages.

Patients and visitors are encouraged to use valet services whenever possible.

Assistance

The Faulkner Hospital Security department provides the following services to our patients, visitors and employees as requested:

• Security escorts to/from vehicle
• Jump-starts
• Tire changes/inflation
• Lock-out assistance

To access any of these services, contact the hospital operator by pressing "0" from any house phone or from any outside line at 617-983-7000 and ask for Security.

Notice

Vehicle storage is not permitted on hospital property. Any vehicles left on property for more than two days will be subject to towing at the owner's expense.

The Faulkner Hospital parking lots and facilities are park-and-lock areas. The hospital is not responsible for damages to and/or theft of/from vehicles on the property.

By Public Transportation

MBTA

MBTA Bus #38, Wren Street, stops directly in front of Faulkner Hospital on Centre Street. The Wren Street bus shuttles between the West Roxbury business district and Forest Hills station where it connects with the Orange Line and other bus routes. Buses are scheduled to run every 20 minutes during a.m. and p.m. rush hours, and less frequently during mid day. For exact times, call the MBTA at 617.222.3200 or visit the MBTA website.

BWH Shuttle Schedule

Shuttles run direct from Brigham and Women's Hospital to Faulkner Hospital, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
