Katrina, Medical Assistant

It all began with an externship that led to a permanent position and now, 8 years into her career here, Katrina knows a thing or two about Brigham and Women's Hospital. She believes that our success comes down to one thing: superior healthcare delivery. The staff truly takes the time with each patient, to understand their needs and concerns (and she should know, since all 3 of her kids were delivered here).

Working as a Lead Medical Assistant, and currently going to nursing school, Katrina adds, "It's difficult to balance school, work and family" but I wouldn't trade anything for the opportunities I've received at the Brigham."
