Lianne Crossette

Lianne joined the BWH team in May 2008 as an Organizational Development and Learning Consultant. She is responsible for partnering with leaders and teams throughout the hospital to identify learning needs; develop programs and facilitate learning events.

Prior to joining the Brigham, Lianne was the Director of Learning and Development for London-based Aviva Life Insurance Company where she was responsible for leading the learning activity for the USA business unit. She launched her career as a public school teacher and accepted her first Training and Development position at New England Financial. She has developed in-depth experience designing and delivering best-practice programs in areas that include: Customer Service, Team Development, Mentoring, Quality Methods and Procedures, Brand Education, Leadership Development, and Performance Management. She is an accomplished learning professional with 18 years of experience as a classroom instructor, meeting facilitator and leadership coach.

Lianne earned her Masters Degree in Education from Suffolk University. She has several professional certifications which include: Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Center for Creative Leadership, Novations (Behavior-Based Interviewing), Development Dimensions International, Achieve Global, TOEFL, and Orton-Gillingham Reading Methodology.

Lianne champions learning in all forms and her personal mission is using her experience to mentor and support others as they develop their careers.
