Zalika joined the BWH Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L) team in July 2008 as a Senior Human Resources Assistant and Tuition Reimbursement Coordinator.  She was promoted to the Projects and Training Coordinator position in February 2009.  In this role, she is responsible for New Employee Orientation, the New Hire Retention Survey, the coordination of OD&L trainings and departmental marketing. 

Preceding her work with the BWH, Zalika worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Diversity Affairs Council and for the School of Management at John F. Kennedy University (JFKU). Prior to that, she worked as an early childhood educator and an art therapist in and around Boston.

Zalika obtained her Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from JFKU in October 2007. Her personal mission is to help employees further their professional development, to become happy at their place of employment, and to help align their personal missions with their organization’s mission.
