Finding your BR Number/Consultant
Using the information contained in the linkabove, any employee will learn how to view his/her pay stub online as well as find the BR number they belong to which will allow them to look at the list of consultants to find out which one to contact .The BR number is the way the hospital lists all of their departments. You may hear or be asked for your BR number at some point in your career at BWH. For a list of Consultants and how they can be reached, click here to view the Employee and Labor Relations team.

Retirement
We offer Tax Sheltered Annuities that allow you to save money for retirement through pre-tax payroll deductions. Accounts may be set up through Fidelity, TIAA-Cref or Valic. Training Enrollment/Cancellation
Human Resources offer a variety of classes and trainings offered by either Organizational Development or Workforce Development. In order to enroll in a class, view the respective schedule of classes and make note of the course code and any prerequisites. This course code will be used when logging in with the above link to enroll in the session you wish to attend. You will also be able to cancel a class from this link as well.

Kronos/Timekeeping Resources
Kronos is the timekeeping softwaremosttimekeepersuse to enter payroll. Atimekeeper is an employee who has been assigned by the department to keep track of payroll. In order to become a timekeeper,one must go to training before access can be given. If you have any payroll question first contact your time keeper then your consultant. To contact payroll please email themat PayrollBWHInquiries@partners.org. For Kronos related issues please contact the Kronos team at KronosBWH@partners.org. To find out who your timekeeper is please contact your manager.

Peoplesoft From Home
In order to access Peoplesoft from home, simply type in the following address into your internet browser and sign in like you would if you were sitting at your desk. The address is https://ibridge.partners.org.
VPN
VPN or Virtual Private Network is used to access the Hospital's systems from home. In order to get access this way, you must be approved by your manager and a form must be submitted to the VPN group. The form is located here (please note: this link is an intranet link and cannot be opened unless signed into a partners computer) For any questions regarding VPN, call the helpdesk at 617-732-5927.
Peoplesoft Issues
Peoplesoft issues range from not being able to log in to not being able to view employee or manager self service tasks and more. If you experience this, please call the helpdesk at 617-732-5927. Make sure you have your user name (nt logon) and your device number (found on a label on the front of your computer with the BWH logo on it). Once you call the helpdesk, if they cannot fix your issue, they will route your ticket (work order) to the correct support team who will be in contact with you to resolve your problem.
Password Self ServicePassword Self Service puts Partners institutions in alignment with HIPAA guidelines and industry standards that call for stronger security. For your convenience, the application is easy to use and offers improved service to all employees. For more information on this new security feature visit the
