Employee and Labor Relations - Committed to providing consultative services to both managers and employees to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Organizational Development and Learning- Supports BWH's goals for organizational effectiveness and cultural competence by providing timely, innovative learning programs, leadership coaching, and consulting services for employees.
Workforce Development - Supports both employees who are interested in advancing their careers at BWH as well as residents in the community that are interested in opportunities in the areas that are of high demand for the organization.
Occupational Health Services - Provides pre-placement screenings for new employees and medical services to the BWH workforce for the purpose of protecting and promoting health, safety and well being of employees and their work environment.
Office of Sponsored Staff and Volunteer Services - Responsible for providing valuable volunteers and sponsored staff to many areas throughout BWH.
Partners Employee Assistance Program - To promote a healthy work environment and to enhance, maintain the well-being of all employees. Partners EAP provides free, confidential consultation, short term counseling, resources and referrals for work/life family or personal concerns.
Human Resources Operations - The BWH Human Resources Operations Team supports and maintains the Employee Electronic Records systems as well as numerous other Human Resources Management systems in order to provide effective, efficient and compliant services to and for BWH employees.
