Interview Process
Interview(s) with a BWH Recruiter and Manager
If you are called in for an interview, you will meet with a recruiter and/or hiring manager, who may choose to interview you together or separately. However, the recruiter will remain your primary contact at BWH and he or she will facilitate your application process.
The interview itself will consist of questions about your employment history, career goals, and specialized interests. Be prepared to share examples of your past responsibilities and achievements. You may also ask as many questions as you like about the job itself or life at BWH in general. Remember, our goal is not only to get to know you -- but for you to get to know us. An interview may also be scheduled with a manager in the department you are interested in joining. In such an interview, you can learn more about the specifics of the work environment and the responsibilities of the position for which you're applying.
Please arrive punctually for your interview, dress appropriately, bring extra copies of your resume and also print and complete our employment application.
Also note that the hospital and the HR office have a fragrance-free policy, so please do not wear perfumes, colognes, aftershaves, and other scented products.
