Transportation
This program applies to all Brigham & Women’s Hospital employees(this includes both per diem and temporary employees). BWH offers a 50% subsidy on all MBTA passes. You may purchase one discounted T-pass each month. Monthly discounted MBTA passes are available through a pre-tax payroll deduction. Payroll deductions are taken out of the 4th paycheck of the month and the T-passes are distributed with your last paycheck of the month.

LMA Shuttle
Bus service is available to all BWH employees parking at offsite lots. Service hours are 5:30a.m. – 8:30p.m. For employees working night and evening shifts, rides can be arranged through the BWH Security Department between 3p.m. – 7a.m. to offsite lots and MBTA stops within close proximity of the hospital. These rides can be arranged by contacting the Security Department. Parking is also available at the Mission Park garage for employees working off-shifts and weekends.
Parking is available at the following locations, for day shift employees:
Wentworth, Red Sox, Lansdowne, Chestnut Hill and Crosstown.
Parking Hours and Prices:
Day/Evening Shifts
- Wentworth, Red Sox, Lansdowne, Chestnut Hill, and Crosstown – 5:15a.m. – 9p.m. Monday – Friday $18.60/week deducted from payroll
Evenings/Nights/Weekend Shifts
- MissionParkGarage – 7:00p.m. – 7:00a.m. is free
- 2:00p.m. – 12 midnight Monday – Friday $10/day or evening weekly rate of $24.48 deducted from payroll
- Anytime Sat., Sun., and/or Holidays - $6/day
MASCO:
As a BWH employee, you are also entitled to a variety of privileges provided by the Medical Academic and Scientific Community Organization, Inc. (MASCO).
