Who We Are
The BWH Employee/Labor Relations area is a part of the Human Resources Department reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. The team is comprised of professionals with consulting expertise in matters relating to effective employee and labor relations, HR policy development, interpretation, and implementation. Our team members are also well versed in conducting workplace investigations for claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, and other activities protected under federal and state laws to ensure consistent employment practices.
Mission
The mission of the BWH Employee/Labor Relations area is to provide strategic consultation and advice to management and employees on workplace issues, while identifying specific learning opportunities to ensure effective supervision, performance management, to ensure a positive work atmosphere for all of our employees.
