Latsamy Visetsin

Since 1996 Latsamy has offered Training & Development consulting, design, and delivery services to diverse internal clients ranging from middle managers to senior executives. Through her caring and engaging approach, Latsamy truly connects with her clients authentically.

Prior to joining OD & Learning Team at Brigham and Women’s Latsamy served as a Senior Training Consultant for Stop & Shop Supermarket Company. Prior to that, she built her career with Wal-Mart Stores Incorporated and held various positions, including Process Flow Coordinator, Training Manager, Operations Support Manager, and Regional Training Manager.

Latsamy recently earned the Master of Science in Human Resources from Suffolk University, in May 2007. She received her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification in May, 2003. Latsamy is a certified Trainer for True Colors, Franklin Covey: Focus, Development Dimensions International (DDI) and DISC. She is also a qualified Trainer to administer and teach Myer’s Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
