Michael P. Costello

Since 1995 Mike has designed, developed, delivered and managed the implementation of employee training and leadership programs. His comfortably engaging style puts clients and learners at ease.  He challenges individuals at all levels of an organization to explore and develop their potential.

Prior to joining the OD & Learning Team at Brigham and Women’s, Mike held the position of Compliance Educator for the Compliance & Business Integrity department at Partners HealthCare. His professional experience also includes 15 years at Delta Air Lines where he served in a variety of roles, including, Learning Facilitator, Program Manager and Project Manager.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1989 specializing in mass communications. He is currently enrolled in a Masters of Education program in Instructional Design at the University of Massachusetts in Boston which he expects to complete in spring, 2008.

Mike’s personal mission is to help organizations reach success by focusing on the people side of change.
