Our Approach To Consulting

The OD&L department is dedicated to understanding the business and professional needs of those we serve. As a part of our consultation, we follow the following steps:

• Pre-Assessment
  Initial meeting with department; initial meeting with HR Consultants
• Assessment
  The phase of the project where data is gathered to formulate the "Action Plan" or "Project Plan"
• Feedback and Action Plan or Project Plan
  A presentation of assessment results and outline of proposed intervention
• Agreement
  A formal document that clearly defines the scope of the work, roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and timeline
• Implementation
  The phase of the project where the implementation of the "Action Plan" or "Project Plan" is executed
• Follow-Up
  Evaluation of implementation at 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month intervals.
