The OD&L department is dedicated to understanding the business and professional needs of those we serve. As a part of our consultation, we follow the following steps:
Pre-Assessment Initial meeting with department; initial meeting with HR Consultants
Assessment The phase of the project where data is gathered to formulate the "Action Plan" or "Project Plan"
Feedback and Action Plan or Project Plan A presentation of assessment results and outline of proposed intervention
Agreement A formal document that clearly defines the scope of the work, roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and timeline
Implementation The phase of the project where the implementation of the "Action Plan" or "Project Plan" is executed
Follow-Up Evaluation of implementation at 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month intervals.
