Our Approach To Consulting
The OD&L department is dedicated to understanding the business and professional needs of those we serve. As a part of our consultation, we follow the following steps:
- Initial Interview
Meeting to discuss departmental or individual challenges/request - Agreement
Formal document that clearly defines scope of work, roles, responsibilities, and deliverables - Assessment
The phase of the project where data is gathered to formulate the action plan - Feedback
Verbal or written report of the consultation progress - Action Plan
A discussion that outlines the proposed intervention - Implementation
The phase of the project where the intervention is executed - Follow-Up
30, 90 day check-in. May include coaching and additional sessions
