New Employee Orientation (NEO)

New Employee Orientation is scheduled by the recruitment team. All new hires need to be enrolled in People Soft before attending orientation. To enroll a new employee or for questions please contact your recruiter at 617-582-0100.

New Employee Orientation is held every Monday from 8:30AM – 3:45PM and on Tuesdays at the same time after a Monday holiday. NEO is held at One Brigham Circle room 4002B. The building is located at 1420 Tremont Street, across from the 15 Francis Street entrance of the Hospital. Please read the information and fill out the forms in the new employee pre-orientation packet prior to attending your orientation session.

Parking: There is no validated parking for orientation attendees. Please call the parking office at 617-732-5877 for parking options.
