Reference and Background Check
Be sure to provide the most up-to-date contact information for our personal and employment references so that the hiring process is not delayed. As a part of our reference checking process, you will be ask to provide:

a copy of the last two years performance appraisals from your most recent job, or;

If you are unable to provide this documentation, please be sure to provide your prior Manager’s name and contact number.
It is usually helpful if you contact your prior Manager’s and let them know that they may be getting a reference request from your Recruiter.
Please note that recruiters are required to run a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check on all final applicants. They will ask you to complete a CORI authorization form for this procedure.
