Application Instructions
The 2012 STARS Application opens on November 1st at 8:00 AM. Applications are due January 25, 2012.

Please note if you exit the application before clicking Register, any information you have entered will not be saved for editing. If you wish to continue your application, you will be required to re-enter all information and complete the application in its entirety and click Register to be considered for the program.
Official transcripts from your current institution are required to apply to the BWH STARS Program. If you are a first year medical student, please send both an undergraduate transcript along with your medical school transcript/letter of good standing.
The application includes a personal statement section. Please describe in at least 250 words your educational and professional goals and how your participation in the BWH STARS Program will assist in meeting your goals. Be sure to articulate your qualifications and reasons for wishing to participate in this program.
Two (2) Letters of Recommendation are also required to apply to the BWH STARS Program. Please have recommenders send letters directly to BWH, letters may be sent via email to BWHSTARS@partners.org.
