Requirements for Acceptance

  • Candidate must be a graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)-accredited Doctor of Pharmacy degree program
  • Eligible for licensure in the state of Massachusetts
  • A US citizen or visa

Please complete the following through PhORCAS (Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized application):

  • Curriculum Vitae
  • 3 Letters of recommendation on the standardized reference form on PhORCAS
  • Letter of Intent
    • Desire to apply to the Residency Program at Brigham and Women's Hospital
    • A brief statement of the applicant's short and long term goals as well as why they are applying to Brigham and women's Hospital
  • Response to essay questions (please upload into the Supplemental Information section in PhORCAS)
  • Current photograph (optional; please upload into the Supplemental Information section in PhORCAS)
