PREREQUISITES: Masters of Divinity (or equivalent) and one unit of Level I CPE (must be completed at time of application for residency program).

TO APPLY:
- Complete Partners CPE application. (Please download Adobe Acrobat Reader to view).
- Include 1 verbatim and final evaluation written by yourself and by your supervisor from previous unit(s) of CPE (or your mid-unit evaluation, if unit still in progress.)
- Write two page statement of your theology of ministry.
- Write two page statement of what learning goals you would like to work on in a CPE residency in the light of your previous CPE unit(s). This should include a statement of what talents and experience you think you would bring to a residency and how a CPE residency fits into your plans for future ministry.
- Please list names, phone numbers and email addresses of three people who can serve as references for you.
BWH CPE students since January 2000 need only complete 3 and 4 above.
