The Interventional Cardiology team of physicians at our Shapiro Cardiovascular Center are world-renowned leaders in their field - utilizing state-of-the-art technology and procedures, many of which have been developed and tested at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Our multi-disciplinary approach to cardiac care involves experts not only in interventional cardiology, but in cardiovascular anesthesiology, endovascular surgery, cardiac surgery and other specialties as well. In addition, our outstanding nursing staff and technicians are specially trained in cardiac catheterization procedures and many have over 10 years of interventional cardiology experience.
