Faulkner Hospital Location
Our office is located on the fourth floor in Suite 4420.
There are two parking garages. (Please note that Parking Is Not Validated.) As you come up the driveway of the hospital, go to the right to reach the garage closest to our office. If you park here, you will enter through the main entrance, which is on the first floor. If you park in the other garage, which is to the left as you come up the driveway, you will enter through the back entrance, which is on the third floor. Valet parking is available at this back entrance but not at the main entrance.
If you enter through the main entrance (Floor 1), walk down the long hallway in front of you (pass the reception desk and the first set of elevators) to the second set of (Main) elevators at the end of the hall on the right.
If you enter through the back entrance (Floor 3), take the elevators on the left.
Regardless of which entrance you use, once you get off the elevator, go to the right. Our office is down the hall on the right, across from Medical Records.
Brigham and Women's Hospital Location
Please note that we are now located in the Brigham Medical Specialties suite.
The appointment will be in the Brigham Medical Specialties suite located at 45 Francis Street. (See "Directions" link below for directions to the hospital and scroll down to the bottom of the page for a map of the hospital itself.) The main entrance to the hospital is at 75 Francis St. The 45 Francis Street entrance is about half a block down Francis Street as you're heading toward Huntington Ave. Use this entrance, and the staff at the Information Desk will be able to direct you to the Brigham Medical Specialties suite, which is located on the same floor as the 45 Francis Street entrance.
PLEASE NOTE THIS CHANGE IN PARKING EFFECTIVE MONDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2009: The underground parking garage at 45 Francis St. will no longer be a self-park garage. However, you can valet park at the 45 Francis St. entrance and at the main entrance to the hospital at 75 Francis St. If you would like to self park, you will need to use the Servicenter Garage, which is on Francis St. on the opposite side of the street and one block West from the hospital. (Please note that Parking Is Not Validated unless you are parked in the garage for seven hours or more. After seven hours, the fee is capped if you have your parking ticket validated at Patient Services.)
