Rajesh Garg, M.D.
Dr. Garg’s research focuses on the effects of obesity and macronutrients on inflammation and atherosclerosis. He has projects investigating 1) the effect of insulin infusion therapy on cerebral infarct size in acute ischemic stroke and 2) racial differences in oxidative and inflammatory stress and their effect on complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
